Real Madrid WAG Reveals Gerard Pique's Conflict With Los Blancos Doesn't Extend to His Children [ad_1]

​Gerard Pique has, on more than one occasion, revealed his complete disregard for all things Real Madrid.

The decorated centre-back has Catalan blood running through his veins, and even has family members on the Barcelona board.

Barça fans may, however, be interested (and confused) to hear a story that could land Pique in hot water for not instilling his own dislike for Los Blancos in his children.

The wife of Real Madrid star James Rodriguez, Daniela Ospina, has explained to Colombian news outlet Don Juan, via ​​101 Great Goals​, that Pique's relationship with Los Blancos isn't as black and white as it seems.

Ospina - incidentally the sister of Arsenal goalkeeper David - told the story of the time when she ran into Pique's wife and world-renowned popstar Shakira, and explained that sometimes children have a way of rebelling against their parents.

"Once in Barcelona, I met Shakira and her children. Salomé (my daughter) was happy because she’s megafan of her, and so am I!" Ospina said.

"Shakira, in a second, said to (her son) Milan: ‘Look, she’s the daughter of James!’ And Milan said: ‘I have the James 10 shirt!’"

It seems that Pique could be in for some questioning/ribbing about his allegiances in the dressing room (and from the terraces) after this particular revelation!
