Linkin Park and Triple H congratulate Bayern Munich and Chelsea on titles

With the football season reaching its conclusion and league titles being decided left, right and centre, several famous faces have taken to social media to offer congratulatory messages.
First up were Bayern Munich, who received a special video from none other than Linkin Park.
Decked out in their brand new Bayern jerseys, the nu metal band took time out to herald the Bavarian giants on wrapping up their fifth consecutive championship.

Indeed, WWE vice president Triple H praised the Premier League winners, personally congratulating John Terry before presenting the departing captain with his very own Chelsea-themed title belt.
Marvellous. That thing is going to take pride of place on Terry's mantelpiece.
